"I’ve had the ingredients for a while and been planning to make some home-made bread and today I finally got round to it! It’s a rosemary & olive focaccia and just happens to be a gluten free recipe (‘cause I’m coeliac).
I’ve never made any kind of bread before in my life and had visions of this being a disaster, but to my surprise it turned out to be a huge success and I’m really quite proud of it - hence it’s one of my first proper blog posts!"
